We offer exchanges only — no refunds. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may exchange it within 7 days of your original purchase date for a different item or receive store credit

This applies to all products bundles, closures, frontals, wigs, and accessories.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

To be eligible, all hair must be in its natural, unused state:

- Unopened, unworn, and untampered with

- No dye, no chemicals, no cutting of the weft

- No unraveling or altering of any kind

Ship back your current order, let us know what you'd like in exchange, and we'll get you set up. You're responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.
